We conduct policy analysis, provide policy recommendations, support governments, corporate stakeholders, and development partners working in the region to design and implement science-based adaptable policies on sustainable management of various waste streams.

We explore available policy space to develop applicable, yet contextually relevant policy levers to support national governments and cities in the areas such as circular economy, marine litter, municipal solid waste and 3R’s, e-waste, healthcare waste, end-of-life vehicles (ELV), construction and demolition waste (C&D waste) and agricultural/biomass waste.

Using data supported systems framework approach, we prioritize contextual relevance, available capacities, and mechanisms for policy diffusion and uptake, and systems for attaining policy effectiveness. We believe in helping countries build the right enabling environment to support and drive transitions to new sustainable circular socio-economic models in waste and resource management. Drawing on our immense experience working with countries in the region, we leverage our understanding of prevailing systemic challenges at national and subnational governments face, to drive the co-development of innovative impactful policies.
